    Before using a puffer it eases tightness. Ordered 4xs

    I use this when Air Power isn't working and it opens my passages within 15 min. It acts as a rescuer. Puffer is last resort but these 2 eliminate the need most of the time. It works.

    Experienced Improvement

    At some time when I was on my second bottle of these I DID notice some improvement in being able to take deeper breaths. I say that SOME relief is better than no relief at all! For sure!
