They look as new as the day I bought them back in the 80's when I ordered them for my Growing Catering Business. I was so happy when I seen them in the 80's it was like " I arrived",. So when I seen EBay selling a Brand New Never Used Book I just had to get them. I do have 2 books that did survive, but they are beat up. I sold the place in 2024 after 42years, 2 months and 2 weeks.Thanks to this Seller & Ebay for keep my joy going
