      Machine arrived quickly was packaged well. The power supply shipped with the unit had an adapter and it’s loose so it doesn’t really work well. I have a different power supply so it doesn’t matter to me, but could matter to someone that has no alternative. I will not lower my five star rating due to this however had no reason to contact the seller for that reason but perhaps if they read feedback and may consider it. The laptop itself was in excellent condition as described and works great
