    More than hoped for

    After researching many other products, this palm sander is the best. We have used many other borrowed sanders of other brands. Hands down the best for productivity, options, comfort (on handling) and length of battery life (using 5 amp).

    Sanding just got a lot easier!

    Lake all Dewalt cordless tools the 1/4 sheet 20V sander does a fantastic job. Loading sand paper is easy and even my small 2ah batteries last a pretty long time, The initial job for the sander was a large deck railing project and the Dewalt was the perfect tool. 10 times easier than sanding by hand and much, much easier to use than a corded sander, I highly recommend the Dewalt DCW200B 1/4 sheet 20V sander.

    Very convenient, easy sandpaper loading, one or two minor reservations…

    I think overall I will be happy with this Dewalt sander. I tried it initially with a two amp hour battery, and it didn't last very long, which was what I was expecting. I will try a three amp hour battery next time. I feel like any battery more powerful is going to be a little awkward and heavy, making the whole unit a bit top-heavy. However, when you weigh that against having to drag a cord around while sanding, the convenience will probably win the day. Also the sandpaper attachment feature is much better than on my Makita quarter sheet sander, which now must be 10 or 12 years old.
