    great fan for the money

    not a exact match to what i had but a few newly drilled holes and it was on. Its super quiet and really puts out a decent amount of air. If I had one tip it would be to run it before you drill any new holes for the mounting screws to see exactly where to locate it to throw decent amount of air in both directions as most stoves have a bi directional shroud. I mounted mine a bit too far one way and i get more air out the right side then the left but for my shop I can live with it. much cheaper then the factory direct fit blower assy.

    So good so far.

    After. I installed the fan I found out that the unit is pretty noisy, but improves the efficiency of the wood stove remarkably. It will take some time to get convinced in reliability and final verdict about the unit.

    Everything you need to boost your heat output

    I was delighted to find a nice foil face gasket and installation screws. It has worked well so far and really gave my stove a needed boost in heat output. I used it for a wonderwood which had close enough openings in the back metal plate. Noise is what you would typically expect. Humming at high speed and quiet at 2/3 and below.
