    Item was not as advertised. The headset is functional as are the controllers, but a few minor issues have cropped up. For one, the headset and controllers came in slightly dirty, with some hairs in the box and some kind of dirt or grime on the controllers. The face guard is loose and came off in the box, and was a bit of a hassle to put back on. The left controller has a bit of stick drift. The UI had errors at first until I learned how to fix it. A little disappointed this was not mentioned.

    I understood that the item I purchased was missing some parts and was used. But the headset and controllers were filthy. The controllers had built up gunk and dirt all over and took me 20 mins to clean/scrub just to disinfect and clean to look decent. Used i understand, but this was disgusting
