I purchased on the march 26th and did not actually ship until March 31st even after paying $18 in shipping. Item was received on April 7th and when I opened box, fish finder did not have transducer. I messaged seller and had no response in 48hrs. Now it is going to cost me another $100 to be able to use the fish finder due to seller stating it had everything.

    NO MORE HAIR BREAKAGE!!

    I decided to invest in what is the most expensive straighter I have have owned. I usually purchase a new straightener ever couple of years at TJ Maxx for about $40-$50. I almost always curl my hair and all my previous straighteners would break a strand here or there each time and over time this adds up very quickly. I saw this straightener at Ulta and believed it would be the answer to my problem and I was right. It is designed well for straightening or curling. I have used it a couple dozen times and no no broken strands! I will say I have to use more product for a curl that would hold vs my previous straighteners but this is a small price to pay for the benefits of a smooth operating tool that does not have any areas that catch and break off strands of hair.

    LOVE this flat iron!!

    This gets 5 stars from me! I have used a Ghd that lasted me 9 years so I was very picky on my next flat iron. This iron is amazing. It glides smoothly through my hair, I can straighten larger sections which cuts half the time. I curled my hair with it a few days ago. For an amateur like me this product as a curling iron is amazing. It makes curling extremely easy. The temperature adjustment is a great feature. I used the highest temperature which seems to work great even though my hair is thinner so I have the option to use a cooler temperature. Long cord and lock makes things easy. I really love this flat iron and believe me I'm picky!

    This is finally the straightener that I have longed to find all these years. It glides through so easy with no pulling. One pass and my heart a ir is straight. The shine is ahhhmazing. The softness is un comparable. My daughters hair is thick and curly and it is God sent! I will stay with BaByliss for a long time!
