I love it. I have made thousands of cups of coffee with one machine. Real Italian Espresso lovers complain the espresso is not strong enough (they like thick mud and foam). Otherwise good machine. Its been reliable but tough to get it serviced if it needs parts though. I like the fact Ican buy my own coffee beans from wherever and put them in machine. Its not dedicated to a pod system.
