As soon as the heat gun arrived I noticed it had been out of the box before but still appears as new. I test ran it and it works fine. The switch had been left in the on position, (cool). I resealed the box and put it on a shelf for the day when my Harbor Freight Chicago Tool heat gun gives up the ghost.
