She is an older made doll and her band had dry rotted, but with a little effort at your shop you can get her hair back as she was made. I think I got my first Barbie by saving my weekly 25 cent allowance up to buy my 1959 brunette Barbie for $3.00 Mom complained that Barbie's clothes costs as much as mine did. One of my all-time bestest gifts was this very outfit from my mother. My originals are all gone, lost in the drama of life. This afforable replacement one makes me very happy, sitting in her box on my doll shelf with several of her sisters.
