    The loco shell arrived completely broke from the frame during shipping. The seller had personal history with the loco and I had a good new home for it. I have a 1962 Lionel boxed set that came with the 231 and is complete but it is missing the 231 loco. I’ll still do positive feedback because the seller accepted the offer and did refund the damaged loco, but I would have had the loco rather than the refund. I think the USPS saddened both the seller and buyer on this one.
