    SoftGels Are The Best! Easy To Take!

    Since I have had major surgery plus taking harsh medication, my rheumatologist told me to take 50,000 mcg per day for hair growth. These are the easiest to take; the soft gels are small and easy to swallow. It will help your hair to grow, you must be on a mission and not stop taking the biotin daily. When the new growth first comes in, the hair is very thin, but it is growing in!! For what I paid, I think it was a good price. $10.00 a bottle should be the price to pay.
