Got coins ttoday ans 1 quarter was toned and turning brown. Contacted seller and asked him to replace it His answer was to send the 1 quarter back and he'd open a new roll. I asked why didn't you open rolll before you sent because it's a hassle over 1 quarters Instead of just sending i new quarter He turned his problem by not sending what I asked for. BAIT AND SWITCH
