      Great all-around unit

      I have had one of these for several years. I recently purchased another one because sometimes I run two smokers at once. I have used this on a pellet grill and an off-set smoker. Performs flawlessly and is accurate. Easy to clean and maintain...basically the probe is all that needs cleaning after use. The magnet on the back of the main unit allows for easy attachment to any metal surface, and the lead lets you keep the probe in place without having to constantly open the smoker to check temps.

      Good quality, easy to operate

      It's got presets for different kinds of meat. However, you can use this device in manual mode and input your own temperature settings. It beeps when the target temperature is reached. The beep is plenty loud enough unless you are in a noisy environment.

      Best Meat Thermometer

      Love this thermometer. Stick it in the meat and let it do it's thing. It will let you know when your meat has reached the desired temp. No guess work. Everything comes out perfectly.
