      Excellent product

      Product really works when you follow guide lines. Weight will come off quickly and then good to use as a way to not only lose weight, but it also helps to control sugar intake, cholesterol when you use it for 2 meals a day. You do get a source of vitamins with this product also. Love the flavor. I mix it in a blender and it is just like a shake.

      Weight Loss Aid

      Recently I changed insurance carriers (after 20+ years with established providers). My new doctor made changes in medication management--dropped some, added some, changed things all around. Net result: I gained 10+ pounds and was a mess. I knew I needed to get my weight under control before it might spiral out of control. I looked at several weight loss plans. I settled on this one.       Slim fast is what I needed

      No creepy aftertaste or smelly is amazing and it does work tho, I had Herbalife and gained back the 13 pounds, this I m taking it twice a day and I did lose the 2.5 pounds it promise, if you do a light diet I think you could lose more but at this speed I m ok already lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks better than any other shake out there, and the flavor, my god is so creamy and not that sweet like I like it. Try it you won’t regret it. For the price is good already ordered 4 more to stock it. Overall a great choice .!

      good to replace a meal

      I'm menopausal so weight doesn't just drop right off of me even when I exercise and diet. So I have started this to replace my meals. I make it with almond milk and it is very good. I look forward to my shakes. They tie me over till dinner. So far I have lost 5 pounds in a month. Doesn't sound like much, but for me...it is better than gaining 5 pounds.

      Great taste

      Rich chocolate flavor. Mixed with skim milk makes a great meal replacement. I mostly use it for breakfast. Been a Slimfast user for years, not necessarily for dieting purposes, just love the various flavors. And this is a very good value compared to the store prices.
