Great Camera for a really good price.
Did review search before buying and found to be a great starter and regular camera for people who are into photography or like better than cell phone photos. Very very happy with this purchase and camera. The price was a lot lower (more than $200.00 lower) then newer models and has all of the exact same features and quality. I'm truly impressed with the quality of the photos that you can take with this camera. I've played with taking videos and the high definition video is also fantastic. Everything I Needed and More!
This was my first digital SLR camera and I researched them online and polled friends. Once I decided on Nikon, I went between a new model and this basic workhorse model. I decided to go with this one and could always upgrade if I liked it. Well, I love it! It has changed my picture taking forever. The quality of images is excellent. It was easy to use right out of the box. I take it everywhere with me and I have captured memories with beautiful quality. I would highly recommend this camera to anyone thinking about it! I am thoroughly happy with the camera and what it can do, the only thing I added was a wifi adaptor. Best Budget DSLR
I used a Nikon D3400 throughout my last year in school for various projects, and it was always my go-to camera (as opposed to a Canon Eos Rebel T6 or various mirrorless) due to it's easy to operate controls and the quality images it produces. I knew I had to have one for my own, except I didn't want suffer by way of a hefty price tag. After some research into DSLRs, particularly Nikon's, I decided on the D3300 becaue it's literally EXACTLY the same as the 3400, besides the fact it doesn't have wifi connect. The 3300 I bought came with an adapter, however, so it was a no brainer to me. I went with the (essentially) identical, lesser priced D3300. The quality of the photos you can take are perfect for both projects and leisure. The camera has a 52mm lense, and if you add on UV, CPL, or FLD filters they are filled with life.
