Received the radio. It's just as described. Now, I need to relearn how to program it. I used to use one when I was cadet in CAP, back in the '70s. Fast delivery, other than the USPS. It seems as though they lost it at a sorting facility and was delivered a day later than expected. The packaging was terrific.
