Tarte Smooth Operator Finishing Powder
I LOVE this product! It's the perfect finishing touch to set your make-up! Doesn't cake! Doesn't clog pores! Doesn't make your look too ghostly! I dust it on with a powder brush after I apply foundation, and tinted pressed powder (both by Target as well) to set my make-up to keep it in place for hours without touch ups! I have also used it over foundation without the tinted pressed powder. I have also used it without any sort of base just to control oil/shine. I also use it as a blender for my neck, and upper chest area. The Smooth Operator delivers a matte, but not too matte finish. It controls oil VERY well! You'll LOVE it!
