    They stated my first offer was contingent upon me paying shipping for a free shipping listing I made a second, higher offer, stating I would pay a little more, and they pay shipping After accepting, they again, asked me to pay shipping I said no, and either ship item at what I paid, or refund They said they would refund, then didn't After contacting them several times, and over a few days of messaging, they actually claimed they refunded me, but did not I had EBay resolve this Awful experience!
