You're having a laugh!
I bought this because the original item fitted to my Bailey caravan split over the winter, despite the water system being drained down against frost. I thought I would see what's inside the device so I sawed the end off the old one and...nothing!! The Surge Damper consists of an empty plastic tube. Had I seen this before ordering I would have done my utmost to fabricate an alternative solution and avoid spending nearly 30 quid. In comparison, I have recently bought a butane regulator which is a precision metal instrument, calibrated, and comes with a lifetime guarantee..this cost £6.50!! Look at viable alternatives before ordering...
