89 GMC K3500
Seems no one makes a custom no drill bracket for my truck so these worked fine. Have to drill holes in the frame for them. They did the job. This truck has a wider frame than my 99 Ford Superduty for example. So it leaves little room to work as the bolts through the bed end up almost directly above the frame. If I had to do it again I would buy the same brackets. But if you can find a no drill bracket for you truck I suggest you do so. The longer ones (two piece, one for each side) appear to be as strong as you can get. Just wasn't available on my 89 GMC.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
