    I made an offer to pay extra for faster shipping but eBay wouldnt allow it. I went ahead and bought the wheel and sent a note asking the seller to ship UPS instead of USPS. He did and it arrived on time. This was for a part for our business that was desperately needed in an emergency. I cant thank him enough. I just wish eBay would allow direct communication between buyers and sellers.
