They ABSOLUTLY DO NOT go 22MPH! they top out at 16; the speedometer lies! They also did not come with a seat pad for the basket, or a charging phone mount, and they only have a rear brake (not front and rear.) Wires are not enclosed in the handlebars as shown in the pictures either, they are wrapped and just hang on the outside. They do have a telescoping handlebar which make folding up easy.

It'll get you to and from work very happy with the purchase and the seller. It came very quick got here in like 2 days. Highly recommended especially considering the price is pretty reasonable. It was packaged well and shipped a FedEx ground even arrived a day early.
