Best reason ever! You can buy new batteries when the old one wears out! Not many products have that feature, you either send them off (expensive) or throw them out and vow never to buy that product again! Or worse your in the middle of a project and the damn battery dies! and if your more than 50 feet away from a wall socket (which I usually am) a cord does you no good! but a spare battery does! Awesome cordless tool.
