    Super sturdy and the perfect height.

    Fabulous stand, if it;s mounted close to the press, it's the perfect height to make the transition from the powder dump to dropping the bullet in the press, quick and easy. It's sturdy and the mounting holes are large enough to accommodate a 5/15 bolt, which is nice because when using some powders, the granuals get caught in the charge barrel and you have to put a lot of pressure on the handle to slice through them when it rotates. If the stand isn't mounted securely, it flexes, eventually causing the mounting screws to come loose, not on this baby. Well done RCBS! Most of my reloading equipment is Hornaday, passed down to me by my father. The Hordaday stand had the issue I stated above. So, the fix was to buy the RCBS...and paint it red!

    A nice addition for my Lyman Classic #55 PM

    I don't know how I got along with out it. I had used a small triangle of 1/2" wood clamped to to my bench and the PM clamped to it. It always seemed low in relation to my Lyman All-American press. This is so much more satisfying. At $13 it is a wonder to behold. I had a Jam-nut from my 310 dies to make it a solid mount. Everyone should try one for excellent results.

    Good Value (for the money)

    It's a good value for the money. Definitely not a 'piece of junk' like other stands, that said I would still like to handle some others without having to buy 10 different ones. I might come around to loving this one but with the variety of different heights and designs out there I keep wondering if something else (design wise) would fit my needs better.

    The stand you really wanted

    The illustrations do not give you a warm fuzzy by the attach points, but understand that the device is over 1/4" thick at that point. The powder free space is over 9" under the mounted powder measure, I use Lee. This unit could easily support a small drill press. Truly a well engineered device with no twist. Buy it you won't be sorry,

    RCBS POWDER STAND

    Screws to workbench with two wood screws. No more hooking it up to the press and unhook in to put in dies. Put some thought into where you want to mount it.It's pretty high so a one pounder can can fit under to empty back into it.uses the nut that comes with powder dispenser and holds well.
