    Dyson V8 was running on 2 cylinders, new battery did the trick!

    Our Dyson V8 started to not last more than 12-15 min on the lower suction setting and around 2 min on high and further, the suction was very poor. After cleaning all the filters and it remained the same we thought it's either the motor or battery that's failing. Trying the battery was the cheaper of the options and easy enough to DIY. The results so far are amazing. It looks the same as the Dyson part but half the price and now lasts beyond our expectations. The performance has gone back to being like new. This has been a very inexpensive solution and couldn't be happier with the results.

    Old battery technology.

    In my opinion Dyson batteries seem to use low quality cells, should get greater life from them then what they offer, my power tool batteries are far superior. This replacement battery is same old 2100mAh type from long ago. Current quality cells offer at least 50% more capacity than that. Dyson doesn't deserve perception as high technology.

    Great replacement battery for a Dyson V6 at less than half the cost

    The battery worked for a longer time and is more powerful than the original one supplied with the vacuum I haven’t used it for long yet, but going on the power, I believe it will be a great asset Less than half the price of a Dyson replacement too, total bonus David from West Gippsland Victoria

    Great replacement

    Our 3 year old stick dyson wouldn't hold charge anymore so I bought this replacement battery and it working as good as new and such an affordable price. Highly recommended
