  • O-Some is Awesome

Oscar is an intelligent man who has written this book without a ghostwriter. It is not only about basketball. As a matter of fact, basketball takes a back seat to the social issues Oscar faced throughout his life. The book is disturbing at times as Oscar is blunt and forthright in his assessment of how his life has been and the racism he has faced. Truly an excellent read.
