10G, SFP+, Quiet, Cool
Great budget 10G router. I've used transceivers from several brands as well as DAC's, they all work just fine. I can saturate 750MB/s, limited by hard drives, and this switch doesn't sweat. It is whisper quiet, and runs very cool. RouterOS is has good functionality, but don't expect to do any actual routing with this device. It can route, but it is very slow at doing it. Highly recommend overall.

Great 10GB fiber core switch for the price.
Mikrotik CRS317-1G-16S+RM. Here's the deal with this bad boy. Out of the box it's running router-os. Which is cool. But if you bought it for straight up switching - you will need to login to the WUI or use winbox and have it boot with the switch-os. it's plainly labeled in there and is very easy to setup.
