      I nicely explained to this guy that free shipping was for the Continental United States only and I would get him a quote for shipping to Hawaii today and I did, $5.50. He leaves me 12 messages and files this negative feedback before I even checked Ebay again and saw all his messages and could respond. I gladly refunded his whole payment and told him that I was only selling the extra bearings I had made for the $75 I paid for them to help others out, and I was not going to lose money in doing so.
