This is not acceptable to me nor good business ethics/practice . . .     Voice hearing problem

    During calls people complain that they don't hear my voice properly sometimes when talking through Bluetooth or without it I'm not happy with it it's brand new phone shouldn't be that way , and the charger head is not included.
