Seller Notes: “Very Good Vintage Condition: This 1953 Zebco Model 22 “Super Zebco” casting reel is in excellent ... “Very Good Vintage Condition: This 1953 Zebco Model 22 “Super Zebco” casting reel is in excellent working order for its age. One of the earliest models produced by the Zebco Company of Tulsa, Oklahoma, it reels smoothly, and both the drag and clicker (ticker) function perfectly. As designed, this early model does not include an anti-reverse mechanism. Cosmetically, it shows typical wear from age and use, including minor scuffs and light oxidation, but retains a clean and presentable finish overall. This is a complete collector set, including the original box, instruction booklet, and repair service card—a rare find, especially in this condition. A demonstration video is available in the listing to verify that all mechanical functions operate as intended. Please examine all photos closely to judge exact condition.”
