I was originally concerned about buying an open-box "new" battery but JK confirmed it was new and I wasn't disappointed! Battery arrived very professional packaged and exactly as advertised (including exact original OEM model number). Installed battery, charged it up and everything worked great! The cost was reasonable. Very impressed with JKCOMPUTERPARTS and will definitely try to purchase from them again in the future. 5-STAR!

There was a slight mixup with the tracking number but seller cleared it up immediately after a quick message, good communication. Only issue is the touch board is pictured in the listing but not included when the screen was delivered. If you need a board you'll need to supply your own or get no touch. Client is OK with that because JKComputerParts has the best price available, but it was a bit disappointing. Still, 5 ⭐!

Arrived on time checked unit asap and it surprised me it was brand new as mentioned on the description unit works great as so was the price, still wrapped in plastic not a scratch upon delivery. Picture quality is perfect nice appearance. This is E-Bay at its Best. Saving seller my favorites list.
