- s***s (498)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe worst experience! I bought live plants from the seller, which were delivered to me for 2 weeks, during which time they died in transit because there was no light and no air. The plants were delivered yellow, the roots of the plant are moving away from the plant itself and all this stinks throughout the house! The seller does not want to respond to my request to return my money, but suggests that I plant this "compost" and wait for a miracle!!! Not recommend!Reply from: anderskyle- Feedback replied by seller anderskyle.- Feedback replied by seller anderskyle. We don't have control of delays in shipping, once handed to post office. The way cattails spread is by sending out runners, which is what you are seeing. So yes, the roots are moving away from the plant. It grows by rhizomes. The rhizomes were still healthy at the time of arrival. I have been growing these for years, and you did not take my advice into account. You filed a claim, eBay closed the claim, then you wanted to return the item, when no returns are accepted, and I gave a partial refund.
