    2 things make me unsure if item is "new". 1. Instruction booklet and promotional material normally packaged with item weren't included. 2. Warranty tag pretty beat up for just being in this box the whole time. Actual condition of the item seems good. Don't need it to perform well for my purposes, so not worried. Took about 4 days from shipping label creation to actually being given to Post Office. This is okay but not exceptional.
