    I was initially concerned because I didn’t feel like I was getting the full effect. I pushed the brush head all the way down at first. This caused the toothbrush to have lower vibrations. My previous brush heads left a gap above the electrical toothbrush. With this in mind, I took the brush head off and adjusted it accordingly. This made it work much better! The tracking info didn’t update for several days, then it said it was delivered all of a sudden. Very strange, but not the seller’s fault.

    Brush works, but don't believe it is an actual produce of Sonicare as it was described

    I didn't answer the above 3 questions under TELL US MORE because the answer can't be under yes or no. The toothbrush was supposedly a valid PhilipSonicare A3 product. I don't believe it was produced by PhilipSonicare. The A3 and other brush numbered brushes have a chip that is recognized by the handle and moves the type of brushing action as determined by the Brush. My handle does not recognize the brush head when inserted into the handle. The brush handle will not be able to notify me when enough wear indicates it needs to be replaced. The brush itself does work in the handle just fine, I just don't believe it is an actual produce of Sonicare as described.
