    The item was as described. It was new and packed well, however the shipping was unacceptable. That can not be blamed on the seller. I'm less than 35 miles away from the seller on the west coast but the USPS shipped this item to the east coast and back again doubling the delivery time. That's ridiculous. It defeats the purpose of trying to patronage local sellers. Again. Ridiculous!

    Worth every penny!

    This product makes our life so much easier! It works with ease. We had an older roomba and this one never needs redirection. We have 3 kids, a cat, and a dog yet our floors are always clean!
