A 40 segment honeycomb sensing system provides multi pattern measuring for superior exposure control. The CCD imager is kept free of dust and grime with the camera's anti dust technology. Depending on where you change the lens, dust can enter and ruin your digital photographs. To dislodge any particles that reach the lens, the Sony A200 is vibrated at high speeds every time you switch it off.The 9 point autofocus system on these digital cameras can capture fast moving objects with stunning precision. This can reduce blur and deliver incredible images regardless of the lighting conditions. With the eye start autofocus system, the Sony A200 starts automatically focusing as soon as the viewfinder is brought to your eye. You can choose from among many different autofocus modes on the A200, including spot autofocus, continuous autofocus, autofocus lock, and more. This can be great for both professional and amateur photography.With an ISO maximum value of 3,200, the Sony A200 can capture great looking digital photos, even in poorly lit environments, without using the flash. You can fine tune the camera's white balance with its numerous options. It also has a continuous shooting speed of 3 frames per second for photographing lots of images in a short duration. The Super SteadyShot optical image stabilization technology compensates for camera movement and helps to prevent blurry pictures. This is especially true for handheld cameras or when using a high optical zoom. The dynamic range optimizer feature lets you capture more natural, well exposed images through the camera's hardware processing technology. Even if you are shooting scenes that typically lead to a loss of important detail, the dynamic range feature modifies the spectrum of highlights to shadows to improve the image detail. There are multiple ISO settings for different conditions. The Sony Alpha DSLR-A200 camera features a 2.7 inch LCD screen with 230,400 pixels for easy playback viewing and an accessible menu. Digital photos can be viewed and deleted with a few presses of the button if they do not meet your requirements. Turn the camera on its side and the display’s orientation automatically switches from landscape to portrait mode. The screen has an anti reflective coating for better viewing in the sun.The Sony Alpha A200 camera is compatible with all Sony DSLR lenses and the A-mount bayonet lens from Minolta and Konica Minolta. Tested to withstand various real world conditions, the Sony A200 can go with you anywhere on your next vacation. The lithium-ion battery in the A200 takes approximately 750 shots before needing a recharge. The camera features a video out, high speed USB 2.0 port, remote terminal, and DC input. It stores images on compact flash type I/II and memory stick pro duo memory card. The release version of these A200 model cameras come with a battery charger, a USB Driver, CD-ROM, and various caps and accessories.     VERY HAPPY!!!!

    At the moment i am teaching myself about this really nice camera. I am so happy to have it as i used to have a similar camera until i dropped it in my local creek two times. I will not be dropping this anywhere. I love that it came with a camera case like new,, a book, lens covers, 2 memory cards, a battery charger, a digital filter set (new), 2 lens cleaner cloths, a Sony lens 75 - 300mm like new. I am a very happy customer. I have found nothing wrong with this purchase.
