This originally was the first book that I read when I was very young. And Massacre At Winged Foot explains how golf is a most challenging game. Even for the best players in the World. This book also explains how a past generation of golfers dealt with the challenges of golf. And what I find most interesting is that when the United States Open returned to Winged Foot Country Club in 2006, the winning score was still five over par. This year the United States Open Golf Championship will be played at Winged Foot Country Club, and I just wonder how the current generation with everything golf has, including millions of dollars. How well these players will do against Winged Foot Golf Course.
