The book from the pics had a small issue with the corner which became frayed and worse cause of the poor packaging job. Seller kept insisting she didn't over charge and implied I didn't read the listing as it didn't say new. Seller also brought up that I got a discount like I asked for it when the seller sent me an offer. It felt like the seller kept talking down to me. I sell many books, don't weight each book just charge flat shipping .this book is not big, but not thin either, after refunding you $1 , you paid $5.28, how is that called over charged shipping? I used cardboard to protect it first, the cardboard covered the front and back, then one layer plastic bag, then rolled the outside bag twice to make sure this book is secured and well packaged.
