Additionally the item part number on the package box was as selected when ordering was placed but the part number etched on the part was not the same. Customer service response was quick and were appologetic and got me a RMA quickly. Have received bearings made buy this company with no issues in the past. I believe this problem occurred at mSA208-24G Insert Bearing 1-1/2" Bore Re-lube w/Eccentric Locking Collar (#156052543446)
