    Couldn't ask for more

    Perfect knife set, it has everything you could need for a pro or amateur. All the knives are super sharp I have no problem cutting/carving/filleting anything. I still run the blades across a stick before I use them just to be sure they are razor sharp. Not a thing wrong with this set I bought multiple sets to give to family.

    Wonderful knife set!

    These are phenomenal knives. They are incredibly sharp and cut effortlessly. The self sharpening block is a really innovative idea. There is a nice variety of knives present as well. Couldn't be happier!!

    I have only used a few of them, love the fact that it sharpens the knife for you. Excited to see how well all of them work, and how well the sharpener works as well. Seem to be good quality, and will only hand wash to try to keep them the best that they can be.
