Decent massage but be careful
It's a good foot massager however can hurt your feet if you don't position them in the right place which you need to move your foot around within the device to find the sweet spot. Directions could be clearer as to the different setting showing what area's they concentrate on massaging. I used the machine and couldn't for about a week after because the bottom of my foot was massaged too hard. This product is made of sturdy material and good looking. I have found there is less pressure on your feet if you have socks on. It gives your feet a very thorough workout within the 15 minute cycle. You can adjust speed and it adjusts to different parts of body via reflectology of your feet. Make sure you position yourself in a comfortable relaxed position without applying any added downward pressure on machine. Let the machine do the work. The instructions are not written very well and it will turn off after the 15 minute cycle. They say you can turn it off by depressing the power button for 2 seconds, but the lights remain on for 10 minutes before completing turning off.
