No instructions in the dinged up box, except for a crumpled up piece of paper that offered barely any insight other than which direction the hooks were supposed to face. Half of the parts had no packaging while the other half did have it. Just a very confusing and frustrating experience. If I paid for brand new, I expect brand new.
