    Great product/ highly recommend!

    Very fast to heat up & heat at max is 450. Smooth glide, does not pull hair or cause frizz. The 1 1/2 inch blade works really well on long hair. The porcelain is fragile & delicate so use care with storage. I wish the cord was retractable or had a built in closure like Velcro to wrap it closed.

    Flat and doesn't heat up well

    I have purchased this to add to my collection as a cosmetologist. I am very disappointed that the flat iron does it he well to give a smooth straightening. The advertisement states that the level goes up when he 25 and my level only goes as fat as 20.

    It pays you back when you pay for it.
