make sure you read the disc. of product, I did not read and received ink for an later model of printer than I had, so I had to eat the cost.....but emailing this shipped he knew immediately why my printer did not work,,,,i wonder how many people lost their money ,,,, also they were not packaged as one item, shipped together but as singles,,, so show have realized there was a problem.....

No magenta in ink cartridge
The magenta is missing from the in cartridge. I have tried cleaning the print heads, and realigning and the test page says there is no magenta. Prints come out with a green tint.

To be sure of quality always purchase OEM ink cartridges. Inferior ink products can ruin a printer quickly and easily. It is something that I learned the hard way. Price was right and delivery was quick and a good use by date which is not super critical in the purchase of ink, but I try to find the best deal on current dates.
