    I stand by my feedback. The seller didn t indicate that the item would come with pieces of it broken off and in a ziploc bag. i can fix it and will keep it but being honest about it needing work to be pretty again should be made clear in the description. Even small pink half circles off the posts are broken off. The carrier had nothing to do with this. The item was simply placed in a box with the pieces in a ziploc. No packing or bubble wrap but that s not the issue.

    Original feedback said candle pieces were were broken & in a bag. The candle pieces are removable, NOT BROKEN, so they can be cleaned easier & placed in a bag to avoid shipping issues. I messaged numberous times for you to provide photos. You never answered me & never reached out before posting this review. You are keeping an item that you state is in horrible disarray, but provide no evidence, don't ask for a refund, and don't even message me. Also, it was bubble wrapped & packing peanuts
