    "Barely OK"

    Looked good, but didn't make hardly anything for two days. Then it improved. I have no idea why. Still takes a lot longer than it should. I was given a postage paid return authorization, and scheduled a return, but changed my mind and canceled the pickup because it started making enough ice for me. It just wasn't worth going through the hassle involved with the return. I tried to get them to offer to let me return it in a few weeks if it messed up again, but apparently that was not an acceptable option. So, so be it, I will not ever buy from "air n water" again.

    Works for me!

    I've had this little machine on every day (I shut it down overnight). I've only made small cubes so far. The volume is great, it's relatively fast - within 20 minutes, the ice tray is about 1/3 full, and I love that it recycles the water. It's slightly larger than a toaster oven. The machine itself is silent; the only noise is the dropping of ice into the tray. It's only been 2 weeks, but I'm really happy with my purchase so far.

    Amazing!!!!!!

    This little ice maker is amazing....as soon as I received it I removed it from the box, put water in the water reservoir, plugged it up, hit the power button, and hit the medium button for the ice size. Immediately the pump started pumping water through the system and five to six minutes later I had ice. I love it!!!!!!

    Works as advertised, saves trips to the store.

    It was kind of slow making ice at first but after a day or so it kicks in and makes probably 10 lbs a day, the only thing i have a problem with is the small ice storage compartment and if you don't dump it when its full the ice melts because the ice compartment is not refrigerated.

    Great Product and Fast Ice

    I bought this to replace an old ice maker in my refrigerator that was that was starting to have major problems. Rather than replace the ice maker with a new one in an older refrigerator I opted to buy a portable countertop ice maker. That would allow me to move it around for other situations and give me a solution to my old ice maker This unit solved the problem and looks great with my other appliances that are stainless steel. It makes ice extremely fast and we really like the shape of the ice. My old ice maker produced ice that was curved on one edge and flat on the other. That was to allow it to eject from the ice maker at the end of each cycle. The problem with that shape is that the curved edge would line up with the inside edge of the cup or glass and create a dam.
