    Very nice web cam

    It is an unusually sharp webcam and the microphone while a little tinny is far better than the typical computer imbedded mic or the awful mics on most web cams. All in all its a good product. Unfortunately getting it used I did not receive the set up CD so cannot use some of the functions it is capable of such as zooming.

    Camera shows only RED skin tones - No user controls to be found to adjust it!

    It is important that this camera provides and accurate and of course high resolution image. Especially now and in the future as virtual meetings will be the new normal. Yes, this webcam started up quickly with simple plug and play. However, my skintone is WAY too RED no matter what type of lighting I use!! Finding a fix has not been easy! If there is some software that can fix this problem, I would like someone to tell me how to access it! I also tryed to download a new driver more then 6 times following simple steps that I did and agreed to -unfortunately all with the same results..."device not found" Some directions should have come with the device....Nothing - just the webcam and a cable! I am a video producer and understand how to work with even multicam setups. Just ...

    Better image and great sound

    I was tired of the the unprofessional cheap webcam image given so much Zoom time these days. The image is better and the microphones are actually better than my laptop-- the cheap webcam was unusable for the built in mic's. This was worth the COVID markup.
