      Great computer and correspondence with seller was good. I wish I knew the shipment was going to require a signature, because I almost had it returned (failed delivery attempts) due to the fact I have a job and live alone. Laptop was better than described, and packaged very well. I would rather have shipping baked into the price as most laptop sales seem to be, but I knew that going in and overall very pleased with the purchase. Again, Seller understates condition - great machine.

      I cannot say enough good things about this seller. The packaging was the best I have ever seen. I contacted the seller because the part received did not appear to fit the laptop it was ordered for even though the part number was the same. The seller responded immediately and explained that it was pulled from a desktop and could be modified to fit the laptop. It has been installed and works perfectly.
