    Excellent as a solid non smartphone

    Excellent sound quality, loads of frequencies and very well built, internet connectivity is a plus although it’s not a smartphone. We needed this phone as a robust phone for staff to use on a dedicated support number in various countries and for that it’s perfect. If you want a phone that’s hassle free with good features this is a great choice. One other area it would work well is with roaming SIM cards such as WorldSIM etc. Only odd thing it’s dual Sim but both sims can’t operate at once which is rather weird.

    You may want to consider a different manufacturer!!!

    This IS indeed a WONDERFUL rugged & durable phone for SPRINT & unlocked for GSM. However, it IS EXTREMELY misleading & a possible Google OpenSource violation. It has a PROPRIETARY version of Android. Which means it's supposed to be Android compatible but is NOT. You can NOT sync contacts, calendar, email, etc. with your Google account & you can NOT install Android apps (APK) even though it has "Allow Unknown Sources" active (possible violation of Google OpenSource usage agreement). SONIM has started dis-allowing individual installations of apps, on their devices, which also may be an A.D.A. (Americans with Disabilities Act) violation. SAD, because SONIM does make some REALLY DURABLE phones.
